Prof. M. S. Sriram is a professor at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), specializing in microfinance, rural banking, and public policy. He holds a Fellowship from IIM Bangalore and a PGDRM from IRMA, with extensive publications in English on financial inclusion and five prior Kannada story collections. His literary work earned the Karnataka Sahitya Academy Award in 2016 for another short story collection.
