The Indian Institute of Information Technology Una has launched the month-long SAMARTHAN: Internship Connect Programme, bringing 87 students from across the country to its Saloh campus for research-oriented training. The initiative, inaugurated at the institute, is designed to give students academic and practical exposure in emerging fields while helping them build confidence in a research environment.

The programme is part of the All India Council for Technical Education’s broader effort to connect talented students with institutions that can guide them through hands-on learning. It also supports students enrolled under the Pradhan Mantri Uchchatar Shiksha Protsahan Yojana, a flagship initiative of the Union Ministry of Education.
